1. Membership Refund Policy
- New Memberships: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of joining, you may cancel your membership any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Renewals: Membership and Renewal fees are non-refundable. However, members may cancel their membership renewal any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation Process: To request a refund within the 30-day period, contact our Member Support team with your account details at support@theblakkco.com
2. Blakk Pass Refund Policy
- Unactivated Blakk Passes: If your Blakk Pass has not been activated, you may use it within 30 days of purchase for a full credit
- Activated Blakk Passes: Once activated, Blakk Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refund Process: Blakk Passes are non-refundable
3. Retail Products Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Retail products are final sale, or perishable items are not eligible for returns or refunds.ng intact.
- Product Inferiority: To initiate a product inferiority, contact our Customer Service team with your order information. Once the item is received and inspected, a determination of a refund will be made, or credit will be issued to your original payment method.
