Reservation Policy Information 
Set-up and Clean Up Policies 
All reservations include (30) minutes to set up prior to reservation and (30) minutes to clean up after the. If extra time is needed for your reservation, we provide prorated increments to ensure the success of your overall reservation, please let a member of our team to discuss more
No alterations to reservation facilities are allowed including walls, floors, furniture, or equipment. All trash collected during reservation MUST be removed at the end of reservation, failure to do so will result in a minimum trash removal fee of $100
Weekend reservations on Friday and Saturday are considered premium reservations and are available for an additional upcharge starting $250 hr. with a minimum of (4)hrs , please see a member of our team for reservation

Food and Beverage Policies

All reservations are welcome to bring into our facilities food during reservation time, however at no time are outside beverages allowed inside of facilities. If beverage is needed, please be sure to speak with a member of our team to discuss a plan to have a beverage host added to your reservation

Reservation Policies

All reservations are available Monday thru Thursday for a minimum of (2) hrs. and Friday and Saturday minimum of (4) hrs.  with options to reserve the space for the entire day with a non-refundable 50% deposit (plus, applicable tax) to secure reservation date and remaining 50% balance made within (14) days of the event, however we welcome the full payment of any reservation on or before this date as well, please select this as an option when making your reservation request
Reservations made within (14) days of your reservation request, MUST be paid in full
We at no time provide refunds for any reservations due to cancellation or rescheduling by reservation host (s) or authorized parties made on behalf of reservation host (s) and any date changes made on behalf of the reservation host must be approved by The Blakk Co. and are not guaranteed
Should any date changes be approved on behalf of The Blakk Co. all reservation fees must be paid in full before the change of any existing reservation dates to new reservation dates

In the event the reservation is cancelled on behalf of The Blakk Co. for any reasons beyond our control such as weather, Acts of God, fire, or flood, we will provide a credit in the full reservation amount paid for another suitable date determined by both The Blakk Co. and reservation host


Amenities Policies
Amenities included are furnished seating and tables, Bluetooth music (if available), televisions for viewing, beverage host fee $100 for every minimum of (2) hrs. social games and more

Damages Policies
At No time do we allow indoor smoking or vaping, outside beverage, breaking or damages to our property, flammables or any other changes made to our facilities will be billed to the card on file used when the reservation was made, with further discontinued use of hosting additional events at our facilities

Spend The Block FAQS

 (STB) is a monthly service initiative dedicated to causes of black-brown community neighbors, businesses and organizations for a full list of these causes, visit here

All individuals who wish to give or donate time or money to (STB) will do so at-will, The Blakk Co. is not a charitable organization, nor is this a job opportunity

 (STB) participant requirements include (2)hr. donation of time or minimum of $10 spend for 10 neighbors, businesses or organizations, have own transportation, 18+ years of age (adult accompanying if under 18+)  and available for the time frame between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM Note: If your RSVP time has ended, you may continue to volunteer for the duration of the event

(STB) service dates for 2024 are as follows: September 21, 2024 11:00A-1:00P, September 21, 2024 11:00A-1:00P, October 19, 2024 11:00A-1:00P, November 16, 2024 11:00A-1:00P, December 21, 2024 11:00A-1:00P

(STB) participants will receive the following: 

  • Recorded community service hours
  • Opportunity to build and deepen relationships and community
  • Help directly support and facilitate economic growth
  • Opportunity to win raffles, join ambassadorship, receive recognition

What to wear during (STB) Saturdays

  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes as walking, cleaning, organizing, shopping are amongst some of our regularly schedules activities

The Grove Brunch FAQS

The Grove Brunch is held the last Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. with 90 minute individual or group sessions

• All visitors are seated community styled, meaning any groups under (8) will be seated with other community members at the same table. For groups of (8) or more RSVP will be required with full payment in order to be seated with your group and must be made (48) hours in advance. RSVP are not guarantee and only available on a first come, first serve basis

• The GROVE ™ offers seated RSVP at two different time frames including 11:00-12:30PM and 1:00-2:30PM, no other time slots are available so please be sure to select your correct time. After your seated RSVP time has ended, you may move to our designated seating area to continue to enjoy your experience for the duration of the event

• Menu items are served family style and change frequently based upon seasonal availability and the discretion of The Blakk Co. and include options for most dietary needs and cannot be guaranteed based on specific needs

Reservation fees are $19 per persons for members and $29 for non-members and separate from any other The Blakk Co. reservations and priority reservations are provided to members with active membership

No outside food or beverage, smoking, vaping or other flammables are not allowed at anytime inside our premises

• Reservations are limited and are available for Saturdays, with sign up slots available for individuals or group on a volunteer, first come first serve basis at the link listed below

Speakeasy is an upscale social experience and all reservations must be made in advance online for reservation holders 25+

Reservation fees are $12 per persons and separate from any other The Blakk Co. reservations and priority reservations are provided to members with active membership

No outside food or beverage, smoking, vaping or other flammables are not allowed at anytime inside our premises

• Reservations are limited and are available for Saturdays on a weekly basis from 8:00 PM until close, with signup slots available to perform arts such as poetry, singing or instrument for up to a six-minute set throughout the evening on a first come first serve basis

What to wear to Speakeasy, if you’re going to spend the night out at a Speakeasy, you must dress to impress, keeping the culture alive; you’d need your finest attire, paired with the best dancing shoes you can find, as cocktail and period attire are encouraged, leaving the jeans, t-shirt, and hoodies at home

Rules of Speakeasy all guests must have reservation to gain access, enter quietly, leave silently, respect the arts and others privacy, treat others the way you would want to be treated, once inside, leave the rest of the world outside and never ever stop at one experience

• Reservations are non-refundable and must be kept for the selected Speakeasy reservation date and in the event of closure due to inclement weather or other unforeseen causes, a credit towards another Speakeasy date will be issued

 

Noyé & Friends Artist Signup

  • Artist signups are from 8:30PM and 10:30PM and artist must be available during this time, understanding that the exact time of given set may be between the above listed time
